Covid-19 Service Update
Our teams have been continuing to work incredibly hard to respond to all enquiries throughout these unprecedented times and our priority is to help you as quickly as possible. We are currently working with a reduced level of staff as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and responding to enquiries is taking a little longer than normal, we are endeavouring to respond within 3 working days.
We are continuing to operate a nationwide repair service during this time, our focus being upon ensuring the safety of our people whilst supporting our customers. We are proud to currently be assisting in the delivery of some essential NHS projects, resulting in many of our people being designated with key worker status.
We are doing all that we can to ensure we provide you with the right information and we thank you for your continued support and patience. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to see if we can be of assistance.

Prior to your appointment
When booking an appointment our customer service team will first check that you are happy for our Finishers to attend your property before asking the following precautionary questions:
• Has anyone in your home been diagnosed with Covid-19 and are self isolating?
• Is there anyone in your home that is showing symptoms of Covid-19 (persistent cough, high temperature and/or loss of taste/smell) and are self isolating?
• Is anyone in your home classed as clinically vulnerable and is shielding under government guidance in relation to coronavirus?
If the answer to any of these questions is ‘yes’ then the appointment will need to be scheduled for a later date.
Our finishers always carry an ID card with them
On the day of the visit our finisher will ask you questions to make sure its appropriate to enter your home and to check that you’re happy for them to do so.
Our services often require us to enter your home to gain access to a damaged item.
If we do need to enter your home, there are a few things you need to do to prepare.
Prior to your appointment we will call you to discuss these steps with you.
