Plastic Surgeon’s highly trained UK-wide teams start their career with a week’s residential course, followed by training in the field. Staff training starts with the basics, such as colour matching and understanding the products indepth. They are supervised and mentored by experienced Finishers, and provided with all the equipment, skills and training to enable them to progress from trainee through Finisher grades 1, 2 and 3.
